  • 10a-10:45a: Station Work: Form Shooting & Layups,
  • 11a-11:45a: Shooting Competitions & Games
  • 12p Camp dismissal

Advanced

  • 1p-1:15p: Meet with coaches & warmup
  • 1:15p-1:45p: Warmup Shooting Drill of the Day
  • 2p-2:45p: Station Work: Form Shooting & Layups, On The Move Shooting & Drive & Kick Shooting, Finishing Around The Rim & Inside Pivot Shooting
