Mines Pyrotechnics Guild is dedicated to promoting the safe and sane use of reactive materials for the education and enjoyment of its members and the community. Towards this goal, the Mines Pyrotechnics Guild works with companies in the pyrotechnics industry to provide valuable firsthand experience in working with professional level pyrotechnics. Furthermore, Mines Pyrotechnics Guild works to promote understanding of the risks and hazards of these materials and educate non-members of these risks and hazards in a safe and enjoyable environment
