Presenter: Sarah Chase (Mines MS Alum & Employer)

Sarah Chase is the President and Founder of Potential Energy Consulting. She has extensive experience solving complex problems both internally to organizations and external related to policy engagement. After more than a decade of leading teams in the energy industry, Sarah realized she is a people and process person. They key to success with both: communication. Sarah has found success in taking simple tools and utilizing them through each person or team’s custom lens. Come hear Sarah talk about how to navigate crucial conversations with intention.

Sarah graduated from the Colorado Schools of Mines with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Engineering Technology Management and currently sits on the Mines Alumni Board. Her accomplishments range from raising two adorable four-legged children to being the Colorado Oil and Gas Association’s inaugural Emerging Leader, one of the Denver Business Journal’s Top Women in Energy, and one of the Colorado School of Mines’s Outstanding Alumni.
